Method
Every individual’s journey is different, but it all begins with establishing a secure and collaborative relationship with your therapist. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply aiming for personal growth and self-discovery, our team specializes in combining traditional therapeutic modalities (CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT) with mindfulness practices, somatic experiencing, and expressive art. Our team offers telehealth sessions that range from 60-120 minutes. Select therapists are available for in-person sessions and multi-day intensives.
